(168) More undeep insights by Werner Wickbold
My luck is that as a Dutch person I can also read some German, also because my father lived in Germany for 36 years. I would have preferred this article by Werner Wickbold in English. I am not the person to mess with other people. But I can’t bear to see all kinds of Atlantis researchers getting into the news with titles in front of their names while their research was conducted in the sandbox behind kindergarten. Werner Wickbold writes so much nonsense that I don’t know where to start. You may be surprised, but Mr. Wickbold concludes that Atlantis was in southern Spain, even though Plato wrote that Atlantis was in the sea off the coast of Spain, thus actually representing the Greek underworld.
I mention one sentence from Mr. Wickbold:
It is clear that the sea peoples were the Philistines of Crete. Their idol Dagon was the later Poseidon. Hence the connection with Atlantis.
In Werner Wickbold’s exposition we read nothing about the eonian times that determine the evolution of Atlantis. Plato started with a fantastic island that existed in the distant past, while the Biblical eons only allow such a phenomenon to be linked to the rebuilding of Babylon at the end of the third eon. Werner Wickbold also mentions the crazy numbers of the dating of Atlantis that Plato hurled into the world:
Nowhere does he get the idea that these numbers were based on the exaggerated dating of the Egyptian king lists. These dates were exaggerated to make the dynasty impressive, perhaps in response to the dramatic exodus of the Jews during the Exodus.
And so on, there is only one person on Earth who knows what Atlantis is and this is me.
